Hi, I'm Charlene, your pal from the Internet. Call me Char!

A long time ago, when judging a costume contest, it was teasingly noted my frequent use of the phrase, "sparkling dazzling", when describing a particular entry. Like so many fabulous things, it was fascinating, outstanding and full of wonder. Even still, the phrase is part of my natural vernacular.

This site is dedicated to all things exquisite and living one's life in pursuit of that standard.

As for me, I work in the Anime (Japanese Animation) industry and am intensely passionate about it. Anime opens minds to a fantastical universe where dreams are limitless! To share that with the world is a dream come true. Every day, I get to work with some of the most creative and talented people imaginable.

Oh, and the girl in the shining costume mentioned above? She since became one of my very dear friends... and is still sparkling dazzling.
